“STRONG” on BEATPORT and SOUNDCLOUD Top 10!

Thanks to all the Propa fans for the support on STRONG….it was definitely a labour of love but with your support we were able to get it up to number 9 on Beatport Dubstep charts and the Top 10 on Soundclouds most listened to tracks OVER ALL….This was done with special support coming from our fam at DUBSTEP.Net with an excellent write up….dont forget to show them some love..www.dubstep.net ..THANK YOU!!!!!

Australian tour and Production Seminars…….

Just finished a whirlwind tour of Australia as well as teaching SAE workshops in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Byron Bay. Altogether its been a life changing experience so much so that I purposely missed my flight back to Canada just so i could delve deeper into the scene……im mega impressed with whats happening in the underground scene over here. Producers are starting to take there craft seriously and pushing through with some mega strong work: Circuit Bent, Sun in Aquarius, Shifteq, Blunt Instrument and Blatwax to name a few are names to watch out for, not just in Australia but internationally. If you dont know get to know and watch these guys put Aus on the map…..

Not only that but the festival scene is super strong. Deliverance blew me away for a number of reasons; the people, the sense of community and sense of openness (also car surfing at 2am in the morning through the bush made a lasting impression for sure:)). Biggups to Bruce and Liam for holding Deliverance down and big thanks to Becca Dakini, Ladeebird Luna and Star for welcoming me into the fold…..big love to all!

PropaTingz NEW Releases…..out on PLAY ME records

Hey Hey fam……we have some new choons coming up for release on PLAY ME records. First up we have “STRONG” featuring the multi talented JOHN JAMIN from BC Canada. Mr Jamin is a classically trained Pianist and his musicianship shines through on this effort and adds the sweetness to the dark and heavy Propa Bass. Propa also adds an unusual emotive twist to the dubstep dance with vocals at the intro……the first dubstep love song? You decide:)

Also we have Propa on the remix duties for Jesse Leaches (ex Kill Switch Engage front man) project “The Empire Shall Fall”. Here at Propa HQ were excited by the blend of conscious vocals and metal mosh pit energy of the project and had to get propa on the remix tip…..
